Objective Performance Benchmarks

A non-profit consortium, BAPCo’s charter is to develop and distribute a set of objective performance benchmarks based on popular computer applications and industry-standard operating systems. Top press members worldwide use BAPCo benchmarks in their product and technology reviews, and governments worldwide use BAPCo benchmarks to assist in product purchasing decisions. Established in 1992, BAPCo has worked with Governments, Press and businesses to produce the best tools in the industry to help make informed purchasing decisions as part of vendor neutral tender procurement processes.

The BGN (BAPCo Government Network) spans over 200 Governmental agencies, with representation at a Federal level in over 30 countries across 5 continents. It is a collaborative effort where dialogue, ideas, even down to specific needs of individual countries legal requirements due diligence help drive the development process of future benchmarks.
